ChurchSync™ Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use ChurchSync.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and provide accurate information.

Churches and organizations must have authority to act on behalf of their church/organization when registering.

Musician Accounts: Require name, email, instruments, and city/state.

Church Accounts: Require church/organization name, representative contact info, and service details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for providing false information, violating these Terms, or misusing the Services.

Misrepresent your identity, skills, or church information.

Post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

Harass, spam, or abuse other users.

Use the Services for non-church or non-music related purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

Churches may post musician opportunities (temporary or permanent).

Musicians may post availability and respond to opportunities.

Users are responsible for any agreements (e.g., payment, scheduling, commitments) made outside of the platform.

We provide communication tools, but we are not a party to any agreements between users.

Some features may require payment (e.g., urgent requests, visibility boosts, premium messaging, subscriptions).

Payments are processed by third-party providers.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

Churches may leave reviews and ratings for musicians, and vice versa, after gigs.

Reviews must be honest and respectful.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, offensive, or violate these Terms.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Services are owned by ChurchSync or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a license to display and use it within the Services.

You violate these Terms.

You misuse the Services.

We are required to do so by law.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information (musician skills, church details, etc.).

Any disputes, contracts, or outcomes between musicians and churches.

Any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.

Unauthorized access to or use of your account.
